Is it summer yet?

I apologize to those of you who don't like the look of whole fish, but I think they're glorious. Meals like this make me yearn for summer even more.

    Looks delicious! Whole fish are great - I don't really get people who get scared by having a fish head on their plates. Probably because I've been brought up in an Asian family where we eat whole fish all the time...
