Frozen Nogurt

Nice cream? Frozen Nogurt? Vegan ice cream? Whatever you want to label it, I just call it "good." Damn good, actually. And so so easy to make. All you really need are some frozen bananas and a food processor (a kitchen appliance a kitchen freak like myself, of course, has).

I can't tell you how easy this was to make. I just followed these instructions from The Kitchn. It's sort of weird because it really just all of a sudden transforms from a sandy mess into smooth frozen yogurt. The texture, and even the way it melts, is completely reminiscent of froyo, so if there's anyone around who you think would be reluctant to give it a shot...just fib a little and wait for their honest response! Then fess up, of course.
