Travel Companion: Phillip Lim

Here we go again! Another travel day and another stint back in California. I certainly can't complain, especially since this guy is coming with me.

I fell head over heels for this bag when I saw it in the shops. The short handle (which I can still stick my arm through - there's also a detachable shoulder/cross-body strap) and all the gold embellishments were my favorite features, and the pony hair gave it a subtle edge. A very unique but versatile piece I was happy to add to my collection.

    I've been saving up for the Pashli, but you got me reconsidering. I love the fur details on the side of the bag. Super cute. Although I wonder if this is a year round bag. Do you think the fur details will still work in the summertime?

      The pony hair isn't so noticeable - much more subtle than full on fur, so I think it could work for night looks! The Pashli is much more an everyday bag. But I don't think you can go wrong with classic black!
