I feel like I've been posting a lot about breakfasts lately, but I guess I can't help it. I love food and I love starting the day with it. So, here's breakfast installment #427: fig and almond granola.
As I'm sure I've mentioned before, I'm always running late. I'm also always hungry, especially in the morning. My alarm clock is basically my grumbling stomach. Not so long story short: skipping breakfast is never an option. I guess that works as an advantage though, given the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Here is one of my breakfast solutions! Just make a big batch and you'll have an easy breakfast with tons of variety for the rest of the week! Throw a handful on some yogurt, or an aćai bowl, or just eat with some milk like cereal. You can even throw some on some froyo or ice cream for dessert. Mmm dessert... dessert for breakfast...dessert anytime ever...
