The past couple of weeks have been incredibly ridiculous. Finals are coming up fast and the cost of my severe procrastination has become stupidly apparent. Ya feel me??? I'm sure at least some of you do. Tis the season...
I have had that (see photo above) healthy and delicious breakfast basically everyday this week. All I need is some avocado and I could honestly have this everyday - cottage cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper on Whole Foods' ancient bread and a cup of Blue Bottle Coffee. Great start to any day.

- XHit Daily on YouTube: train like a Victoria's Secret Angel! Their daily workouts are quick and really effective. I've turned to this channel whenever I've been super short on time.
