Fitness Friday

DSC03090
The past couple of weeks have been incredibly ridiculous. Finals are coming up fast and the cost of my severe procrastination has become stupidly apparent. Ya feel me??? I'm sure at least some of you do. Tis the season...
I really don't have much as for a fitness recap this week. I took about half the week off because I was busy and stressed... which is, honestly, the very reasons why I should've been working out. Exercise always has been a stress reliever for me after all. For instance, I finally made it out to the gym yesterday to run a few miles and I had forgotten how great it feels to run. Plus, I just felt happier the rest of the day. I guess just knowing I did something for my health just put me in a good spot. Even if I did have a burger for dinner...oops.

I have had that (see photo above) healthy and delicious breakfast basically everyday this week. All I need is some avocado and I could honestly have this everyday - cottage cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper on Whole Foods' ancient bread and a cup of Blue Bottle Coffee. Great start to any day.

I would like to share two new sources of health & fitness inspiration though!
Also, I want to buy everything in this line of activewear.

  2. That breakfast looks incredible. I always drop exercise when I get stressed or busy too, and its the worst idea! So hard to get back to it when you take to long off.
